Keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!
My DH has a HUGE interview coming up for an AMAZING job. It's in his field of masters study, it's like the talent and performance improvement specialist for Petsmart about 30 minutes from where we live.
The starting pay is more than he ever expected, and we would be able to be stable and secure for a long time.
So use "THE SECRET", pray for us, send us positive vibes, what ever you believe will help us! DH has been searching for a job like this for 6 months.

Re: Keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!
I'm confused, so it's for a "talent and performance improvement specialist" at PetSmart? What the heck is that anyway? I think I'm just out of it today....
But YES! Tons of good thoughts/well wishes/positive vibes going your and hubby's way! When's the interview and how soon do they plan to make a decision (ok, probably don't know that until after the interview).

Re: Keep your fingers crossed for us!!!!
He is getting a masters degree right now in training and performance improvement. It is the same as learning and development. This is the description of what his masters degree means... and it is also what he has workplace experience in.
"Based on the American Society for Training and Development's (ASTD) Human Performance Improvement Model, this online program is designed to teach you how to apply human performance technology to improve organizational productivity. Course topics include analyzing systems performance; selecting, designing and implementing performance improvement solutions; and evaluating return on investment data to support training and performance improvement efforts in the workplace."
Effective performance consulting and training can provide big payoffs for the employer in increased staff productivity, knowledge, loyalty, and contribution.
Here is an article that explains more about it. It's long, but it gives you a layout of what a performance improvement specialist does.
