Question ?

I'm staring the pill tomorrow, we had a long tal about it and the doc said that when stopping the pill your fertility is back to normal after about a week normally, still doesn't explain why Chloe took 4 years tho ....

Can I still chart my cycles on the pill or is it not worth it as its going to be regular and you don't ovulate anyway on the pill so would be pointless ???

You won't ovulate so there's no point really.

Be careful what the Dr said, mine have said they recommend coming off for 6-12 months before .

Thats what I thought about ovulation and I have heard also the same about coming of the pill a while beofre !!

Yes, Helen there is no point in charting, although over here in the states, i have not been told to wait to ttc after the pill is stopped. my doc actually put me on bc a few years ago for 3 months saying a lot of times you get pg right away after you stop it...so i dunno about that part

So reading between the lines then you and hubby wanna again at some point If I were you and you do decide that going back on the pill is for you then when you are ready to again come off the pill, start charting your cycles again and allow yourself at least 6-12 months to conceive. The fact that you've had a break off the pill and now recently had a baby will increase your fertility, so you could actually find that when you come off the pill to try again as long as you aren't on the pill for years and years, you will conceive fairly quickly!

Yes Hun we are very confidant in wanting a third .. I would love another 2 but we shall see on a 4th lol!!

I'm hoping it will happen quickly as we hope to try when Moo is 15 - 18 months (not try for that length of time just try somewhere in that age gap til whenever lol)
