Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Angel, hope
is on her way to you! Boy, that sounds strange to say, lol!
Georgi, here's the info off my soy isoflavones bottle:
Take 2-4 capsules daily with meals.
Total Isoflaones (from Soy Extract) 40mg
Daidzin & Daidzein 14mg
Genstin & Genistein 16mg
Glycitin & Clycitein 5mg
Other Isoflaones 5mg
This is a US brand called Natrol (www.natrol.com).
As I mentioned, I'm take 4 capsules. I've played around with the days, like CD3-7 or whatever, but I'm not sure it really matters with me. Last cycle I think I just took them up until I ovulated, which is CD11.

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I'm pretty sure ff is wrong about my ovulation day. I feel exactly as I do a few days before
is due and I feel so emotional today, I just want to cry
I am having problems with my GP and they know that I have a confirmed diagnosis of PCOS, yet they still feel they ought to run a whole load of tests before referring me to a fertility specialist. I'm fed up with the way they treat me that I'm tempted to order some clomid from a website that sell it as an anabolic steroid (for muscle training purposes). It's probably not the most sensiblet thing to do but I just can't talk to my GP. Otherwise I will wait until I have moved and hope that the Doctor's in that area are better. Unfortunately in the UK, you can't just refer yourself to a specialist. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I think I ovulated between days 14 and 16 so
due anyday.

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, I feel incredibly selfish since posting that. I've just had my sil round her banging on about her perfect labour and wanting another (3rd) baby and how she is soooo fertile and all this stuff that drives me mad not because she is mega fertile and has fast natural labours but just becasue it seems she is bragging all the time. Just had to have that little rant! Apparently getting pregnant is as easy as having sex on days 10, 12 and 14, according to her!!!! Raaaaggghhh!!!

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
emma, I looked at your chart and it does seem possible that maybe you did O on that earlier dip, but I'm certainly no expert and there's just not enough info on your charts to guess. If that other day WAS O-day, that would put you at 9DPO. So sorry about your SIL. I'll say it for you.....BITCH!! There, feel better? :>)
Speaking of SILs, I realized that I have once again managed to avoid hubby's older sister. If you remember, I had confided in SIL quite some time ago about
and our difficulties. Well despite telling her stuff in confidence, SIL at some point told her parents who then mentioned something to hubby....and it pissed me off to no end and terribly upset me. I haven't seen her since I learned this (sometime after Xmas, can't remember when). I skipped one family event (actually I seem to be avoiding the in-laws too I just realized) and now we're going to my parents for Easter, so I won't see her again. SIL called me the other day and happened to ask if anything new was going on with me....and I couldn't get the word "NOPE!" out of me fast enough. Bahhhh. I suppose someday I'll have to deal with it.
Acu. doc had not responded to my email about Clomid but I wasn't worried since I now had an appointment to see her today. So we reviewed all my test results and she is quite encouraged that nothing is glaringly wrong in any of them and that I ovulated TWO months in a row (and that's despite not having acu. during those cycles!). It truely is amazing. I have no clue how it works but I BELIEVE in it!
She does not have the u/s report yet so I could only tell her what little I know, and my suspicions about uterine lining and progesterone. She does not want me to take the Clomid this cycle. She says we've made tremendous progress at balancing everything and now we need to try to fine-tune things. I do want the Clomid to have the best possible chance to work so I'm willing to wait. My period does seem to be a bit heavier this time so she thinks that could be a good sign.
So the session went well and I managed to do a good job at relaxing. I didn't try to focus and meditate too much, just tried to relax as much as I could. One thing I do often think of is the opening scenes of "Look Who's Talking." Since I'm ovulating now, fertilization is the next step, huh?
Hey Nika, I'd like an egg please! LOL!

Forgot to say that I'll be taking soy isoflavones this cycle again since I won't be taking the Clomid. Georgi, did you reach any decisions regarding soy? We can be soy-cycle buddies!

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Emma sweetie
so sorry your SIL is so insensitive, last night I got so excited when I read Helen's text message that I literally screamed forgetting that 2 of my friends sat there are BOTH
one of which is having problems and is now at the 1 year mark, fertility Doctor referral stage
of course I had to tell them what the text said and I felt awful for being so insensitive, sometimes it's easy to forget yourself BUT your SIL almost sound's like her comments are intentional????
Anyway about your ovulation date...hmmmmmm I believe FF!! the ovulation date they have given you looks most likely but I guess only time will tell, I really hope that it's NOT
and your having implantation cramps...totally possible!!!! especially if you are indeed 6dpo!
Beth - I am going to take the Soy, sod it I say!! I will take 4a day I just want to see if I can encourage an earlier ovulation if it works then in 2 cycles when we start
I will have a heads up on what is going to 'hopefully' make
#2 easier! What days are you taking it this cycle?? Of course I have to wait until my next cycle now as I am already CD10

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Well today, I feel so sick and really tired so I took a trip to the shop to get a top of the range CB digital with conception indicator, came home did the test as I figured if it's negative then I can be certain I am not pregnant as the only two time we BD'd this month was before day 14. Anyway, I sat on the toilet thinking I really needed to pee and only a trickle came out. I sat patiently as the timer came up on the test but then a little picture of a book came up which means there is an error due to too little urine.
Luckily, there are 2 tests in the kit so I have to wait until later. To be honest Georgi, you are probably right, I don't have much experience in reading these charts but I just had to know and then I can focus on next month and order some opks and maybe a saliva testing kit. I'm off to fill my bladder now for later.
Angel, stop worrying huna and apoplogising, everyone knows you mean no harm and I'm sure at some point we have all been in a situation where we really don't want to be pregnant even though we do now.

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Honey, this thread was created for us all to chat about our charts and cycles whether we are
or not, it's NOT specifically a thread for
'ers
I can only speak for myself but I for one don't mind you being open about wanting a BFN rather than a
, gosh I recall being the same boat before we ever started
, difference was I had no-one I could talk to, so please feel free to express how you are feeling, we are 'all' here to support you!!
Emma - What a REAL pain that there was an error with the first test arrgghhhh how annoying....if you are 6dpo though the chances of that test showing up positive even if you ARE pregnant are going to be slim, but if it makes you feel better to test then do it
did you buy the new digi one's that tell you how many weeks pregnant you are aswell as PREGNANT or NOT PREGNANT.

Re: Your Chart...Part 2!!!!!!!!!!
Angel, you're such a strong supporter of us trying to get pregnant, why can't we support you trying NOT to be pregnant? It's ok, honest. Doesn't bother me one bit. I've been around longer than all of you and I can really say there's been a few times when I was hoping hoping hoping I wasn't pregnant because it just wasn't what I wanted at all. It's the women who take their fertility for granted (like Emma's SIL) and women who pop out baby after baby just to get government assistance that bother the hell out of me.
Emma, what's a CB digital with a conception indicator? Is that a fancy thermometer? Oh, I just realized maybe it's a ClearBlue Easy digital OPK? I've been using the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor (CBEFM) since Jan. 2008 so I have LOTS and LOTS of practice at POAS, lol.
Tried vaginal temping today and my temps just went through the roof. So my chart looks ultra-wacky still. Somehow this temp seems way too high? I created a Vaginal Temping box so if the pattern changes, I can remember why.
