Anyone try any Burt's Bees products? I kinda like them! They make face and body products but they're like 98% or more natural which is kind of cool. I know some of you are interested in more natural products.

A couple Christmases ago, my SIL gave me a little sample pack of their poison ivy treatments, knowing that the evil weed seems to find me often. I thought it was cool but never really used the stuff. That's how I first heard about Burt's Bees. I did like the lip balm that was ...

Someone sent this to me today and I thought it was pretty interesting. Regardless of your faith/beliefs - food is food and we all have access to these foods. It would be neat to try some of these and see what happens.

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We're such ...

So my clothes are falling off now.... I am wearing a size 10 jeans again U.S. (U.K 14), and I was feeling skinnier. Well today I weighed myself at a friends house (I don't have a scale) and I freaking weighed 172 pounds exactly. That is so ridiculous. One of the reasons I don't have a scale is so that I don't obsess about numbers.... but I really thought that I would have weighed much less.

I did just eat lunch before I went over.... just to be fair, and I didn't weigh myself first thing ...

I get random upset stomach problems about twice a week since I gave birth. I'll get intestinal cramps and terrible diarrhea for no apparent reason. It seems to strike in the middle of the night usually, but today it's been happening all day. I never had this problem before I gave birth.

Any ideas? Do you think my intestines got messed up or something from being squished by a giant baby???

I have to take immodium to stop the attacks, otherwise I am on the toilet off and on for hours.

And I finally finally got pissed off enought about it to try to do something about it. Gawd, this hard for me to even talk about! I actually had one of those moments in a clothing store where I caught sight of myself in a mirror and was shocked....like I never realized that was me. I started a thread similar to this one but not on low fat, then 24Penguins, had mentioned in my thread that she is on a diet and would be interested in low fat recipes, so I thought it would be a good idea to start a low fat thread as well...

Again just like the other thread we can add recipes here that others would enjoy and we could also insert a picture of what we have baked/cooked if we want... And give each other different ...

Maybe we could make a list of health and fitness related websites?

My favorites:

www.sparkpeople.com - the most awesome diet/fitness site I've found. Forums, support groups, nutrition calculator/meal planner/journal (with a HUGE database of items - I've almost never found something that didn't have info unless it was really sort of off-the-wall) plus health articles and myspace-type pages to track progress

Oh yeah, and it's completely utterly free. Maybe if anyone's interested ...
