Awwww, thanks guys!!!! That means a ton to me. Thanks so much for thinking of me and supporting me and cheering me on. It was sooooo not easy, but I did it: 304 pages, 56 tables, 18 figures - and millions of hours of work, sleepless nights, etc.

I AM DONE!

I will have to defend my dissertation on November 9 in Detroit and then I have my PhD.

Okay, back to my crappy day at work: not much sleep, no classes prepared.

Aww, thanks ladies for remembering. The defense was spectacular yesterday. My presentation was great, about 30 people (a bunch of my old friends) were listening, Kian slept through the defense, I could answer all the questions, Kian woke up for the reception afterward and was the star (of course). So it went great and I can't believe I got my doctorate now. Hopefully I'll be a little less busy now!
