My Scan..................

I was so close to cancelling my scan yesterday as no joke I have been REALLY ill, I don't think I have thrown up as much in my entire life as much as I have over the last couple of days, I would have come on yesterday to update you but my head was firmly stuck down the loo thankfully I feel better today although still nauseus.

Anyway, the scan went well we have 2 legs and 2 arms a very strong heartbeat, the sonographer said she couldn't see an awful lot because I am so early in my pregnancy with that in mind I thought she was going to say you are only 9 weeks or something but she measured baby and I am measuring 4 days ahead, so today I am 12.1 wks and my *new* EDD is 14th January.

We have now told all the family some were very shocked but everyone seems pleased for us. I have just learnt from my boss when I called in sick he is now away until end of July so looks like he's likely to be the last person to know LOL!!

EDIT: Just to say earlier I did add something to my facebook which I have now removed because it dawned on me that I haven't told someone I work with whom has been trying for over a year and ideally she should hear the news from me and not on my FB status, so for now it's still under wraps on FB.

Thanks sparkles you are such a sweet person, I wish you were closer on this journey with me than your gunna be BUT we will be pregnant together just you wait and see!

Georgi, congratulations on your scan!! And look at your little baby! I am so glad you've got a firm due date and everything looks so good. Though that's awful you've been so ill, I really hope that you are past the worst of it. I agree with the others, with you being so sick this time compared to last time you must be having a girl!!!

And with your new date we are less than a month apart as I am due Dec. 16

Thanks Sapphire I am feeling better compared to what I did BUT I am without a doubt still feeling sick I am sick of feeling sick it's really getting me down but I just focusing on the fact that it surely has to subside soon
