Crazy Ex strikes again...

Post  Lily*Blossom on Wed Aug 19, 2009 1:22 pm

Angel told me I should post this so you all can rant about how nuts my husband's ex is.

So she goes crazy for 8 months, tells us that DH tried to make her have sex with him when she didn't want to blah blah blah. Then she admits the story is a lie. Then she starts telling the lie again.

About 2 months ago she started being all sweet and flirtatious with my DH. She sends him inappropriate text messages asking what would he say to her if they woke up naked together, does he want her to send a picture of her new boobs (she just had a lift).

On saturday she asked my husband in a phone conversation (he had just finished talking to their son for 20 minutes) the most psycho thing ever.

She asked my husband if he could please send a frozen sperm donation because she would like to have another child and she doesn't want the father to be just anybody. She said that their son is so sweet and handsome and smart that she would love to have another baby by the same father.

My husband told her that not only is that inappropriate for her to say, but that I (his wife) would not be too keen on the idea.

She also told him that she still loves him to which he replied, "I'm sorry to hear that."

Seriously. We can't just tell her off and tell her she's a psycho because if she gets upset, then she will cut off contact with my step-son again. I would rather her be flirtatious and inappropriate than have her not talk to us at all, or have her spread hurtful and damaging lies about us. DH was at work, so he wasn't able to audio record her latest crazy antic about the sperm donation, but please.

So ya, what can I do? I can't reply to her or tell her how rude and psycho she is, because she'll disappear for months at a time again with no contact for my husband with his son.

UGH!! Sorry. I just had to vent. It's been almost 5 years since they separated and DH and I have been married for nearly 3 years!!!! What is wrong with this woman??????

I think your husband handled it wonderfully...."I'm sorry to hear that." OMG, I bust out laughing out loud at that!

This woman needs a new hobby.

You have the patience of a Saint, Tiff. She sounds crazy this woman! Actually, there probably isn't a word strong enough to describe her. Maybe you and DH should have another baby of your own, that will really wind her up! Not that I'm suggesting you should have a baby for that reason, but it would be funny!

Re: Crazy Ex strikes again...

Post  Lily*Blossom on Wed Aug 19, 2009 4:48 pm

Thanx ladies. We know we would like 1 or 2 more kids for sure. It's so funny.

She sent him a text that she is "now single and after a 7 year marriage and a 4 year relationship with her now ex fiance, she is considering becoming a lesbian because all men are the same."

Um HELLO?? My husband and her separated and started the divorce process in late 2004. They got married in 1999. She did drag the divorce out for almost a year and a half, but that doesn't mean they were "married" for 7 years. They were together for 5 1/2 years and married on PAPER for 6 1/2.

And besides. This is the kicker. How could she be married for 7 years to my husband (that would mean from 1999-2006) and in a relationship for 4 years? That would mean she started the "relationship" with her now ex fiance in 2005 when she was still "married" to my DH. Ha. So her little lies that I am the one who broke up their "marriage" are proved false by her own text message.

BTW, I didn't even meet my husband until September of 2005, and they had been separated for 10 months prior. Just didn't want anyone thinking I was a home wrecker Tongue

Tiff hun, you are far too sweet to be a home wrecker! She's getting herself caught up in her own poisonous lies, it will all come back on her one day!

Oh my....she really is a piece of work!

You're handling it so well and so is your husband. I've never had to experience any of this, but from the outside all I can think is to carry on how you're handling it. She'll click eventually...however long it takes for her teeny tiny brain to work it out.

Oh, Tiff,
Sorry you have to deal with crazy ex-pyscho-b@@@@es!!! Just keep your chin up and be the woman that you know you are and that your DH loves and admires. And whenever possible, record, cut and paste, whatever you need to, of all her craziness. If you could get DH to get printouts of his text messages, that would be good too. That way, if the time ever comes where you guys can take her to court for custody(I don't know your situation well), then you have some ammo. I hope she gets a paper cut in between her fingers today!!

LMAO!!!!!! Paper cut between her fingers! lol

I do keep track of crazy things she does... I actually have a journal where I write things down when they happen. However... unless England changes their custody laws.... I don't see us getting custody unless my step-son says he wants to come to the U.S. to live with us.

Wow, Tiff, I just read this. Sorry you guys have to deal with her again. That just all sounds toooooo crazy. But you are very patient with her. You are doing the right thing so that you can stay in contact with your step-son. I think it would be soooo hard for me to be as patient as you - I would probably mess everything up by being my normal 'say-what-you-think' self.

She lives in Birmingham Toffee Smile/happy It's been tough. Her parents are loaded with money, and have told us that no matter how much money we save for a solicitor, they will always hire a better one so that we can never get custody. It's been really tough, DH hasn't seen his son going on 2 years in October. He was supposed to come out last summer, but she wouldn't get his passport renewed, and he still doesn't have a current passport. Unfortunately we just don't have the money to hire a solicitor right now, so we are just trying to be nice to her and hoping that she lets us see him soon.

Argh, I hate women like that! My Uncle has a similar problem, his ex wife had an affair with an American, left to the US and took her son (won custody). She's always delaying him coming over as much as possible, and tries to get even more money out of him. She's a bitch, she used to leave messages like "you'll never see your son again", until the court heard them and said if she doesn't let him see him, she'll go to prison lol.

I don't know Birgmingham that well, it's about 2 hours from me lol. I'm sure I could send some nice kitten poop in the mail hahaha
