Yeah, maybe it is a pre-O dip? I almost always have that. These temps are overall low compared to "normal" cycles. That long 71-day cycle had lower temps too. On that cycle the coverline was around 97.4 instead of 97.7 but after the eventual temp rise and then fall, still arrived when it dropped below 97.7. So I'm guessing maybe it's a pre-O dip and I guess some other signs are pointing that way. I have been feeling a bit more frisky lately (!) although hubby has yet to take the hint. And yesterday I saw a minute amount of what I think is some stretchy CM.

OH! I just double-checked, and the pre-O dip for that long cycle Nov/Dec/Jan was 96.97.....the exact same temp as today's!

Sounds very much like you are about to O then! Especially with the CM too! Fingers crossed, I know on these long cycles sometimes it can just be that you want them over with!

I think when Georgi set up the gallery she mean to make it so that you had to post a certain number of times to view the gallery (so no freaks could just come n see pics of kids and things) Anyway,I checked the right boxes so you should be good now! Beth....hmmmmm about your chart. I am in agreeance with the other ladies, I am going to guess pre O dip. And that is too funny that that is the same temp as in your previous long cycle. Tell hubby too bad, get on it if you are frisky! Tonight is still good, the egg lasts for something like 12 to something hours?? Fingers crossed!

I am hoping to O soon, in the next few days. I have been seeing some sign so we will see what happens. Playing the every other day game again and off to acu tomorrow!

My temp rise was not impressive today. Oh well. I wanted to quit temping because I'll be out of town for a few days, leaving tomorrow night. Guess I'll have to continue if i want to confirm (or not, ugh) ovulation. Saw some stretchy-ish CM this morning.

I still think the CM is a good sign. How long are you out of town for? If it's just a few days I wouldn't bother about skipping temps, if you do O you should still see a rise when you get back, just wouldn't be able to pinpoint the exact day?

There I go getting hopeful again......temp went down today. I have no idea anymore, and I almost feel stupid for thinking something good was going to happen. *sigh* I packed tampons and liners for the weekend, just in case.

Ugh BEth, that is so annoying. I would have had a hard time not getting my hopes up either. So frustrating. I hope something will happen either way for you and get this cycle over with. Thinking of you! Hope you have fun this weekend, regardless!

Beth don't feel stupid, all the signs were there and just because you havn't O'd yet doesn't mean that you wont! You never know it could happen in the next day or so! Whatever happens I do hope this cycle ends for you soon. Long cycles are crappy.

Beth, I'm with Mel...don't feel stupid - we have all been there and there is nothing wrong with being hopeful. I think you could still O this cycle, especially with the signs you have had. Maybe tomorrow or this weekend or? Thinking positively for you.

Thanks for the O dust for me...We have been trying every other day so we will see how that goes. I am off to take my OPK soon, so we will see. It looked so close to positive yesterday, you know how you said that one half of the line is darker? That is what I had. Here;s to hoping. My acupuncturist seems to feel positive about this month. SO I will go with that. I am feeling positive too, so I figure that can;t hurt!

So it looks like a CD 16 O for me after my nice temp rise this am!
The only other time I have ovulated this early was the last cycle I got pregnant and then miscarried, so let's take this as a positive sign that I will be able to get pregnant again this cycle! Fingers crossed.

Booo, Beth! I was really hoping something would happen this weekend for you!! Maybe today is an O dip because your temp looks so low? I am being optimistic for you! Come on eggies!

Well, I got my CH this morning, which is good. I had some conflicting signs though. According to FF and temps I O'ed on Friday, but I had really bad cramping Sat morning that felt like O cramping, I don't know what else it could have been. Even DH is like, why do you have cramps, it isn't time for your period yet! And then yesterday I had a teeny pit of pinkish spotting?! So I have no idea what is going on. Not going to dwell on it though!

I've heard you can get a tiny bit of spotting from ovulation, so it might just be a good sign!

Convincing rise for you today Beth, hmmm???

lol, I thinking "convincing" is stretching it a bit! We'll see what happens tomorrow. Overall though, today's temp is much lower than my usual coverline.

Nothing new going on with me cycle wise, same old, same old! We are going to be super busy in a couple of weeks. As of right now our house is pending and then by Monday when conditions are removed we will be moving Aug 23!! Yikes!

Ok, so I'm a bit confused right now.....

Last evening I was startled by pink to red smear on the TP. I hadn't felt like was arriving but ok, whatever. I put on a pantyliner but awhile later, I realized it had bright red on it, about a half dollar size. Because I don't have heavy flows, anything that hits a panty liner is usually and not just spotting. Spotting for me is usually just TP spotting. So after seeing that, I put in a tampon. I changed it before bedtime but didn't have the light on. I'm pretty sure it had a light amount on it though, enough to warrant a tampon. So this morning I sleep late, skip the temp because after all, is here right? But when I remove the tampon, there's practically nothing on it. Usually the first night or two does require protection but after that is not at night. So I'm wondering if this is just heavy spotting, a really light/really short , or just a slow start? I guess I'll just have to wait and see, huh? Mark it as spotting for now?

Hmmm, that does sound super confusing. Why can't our bodies just make sense? Is that so much to ask? I agree with your idea to record it as spotting now and then see what tomorrow's temp is, if it is low or up. Seems like you should have more flow if it is ? How frustrating. I bet you just can't wait for it to be to just move on from this cycle already!

Yes, we are hopefully moving but the people are being super annoying with the condo documents. I gave them FOUR brown envelopes full of papers and that wasn't enough. I hope the other stuff I got from the property management comp will appease them. They came and did the house inspection this morning so they must be serious because you have to throw down a few hundred for that. I guess we will see on Monday!

Cycle wise..... ehhhh, who knows? I have been very tired and grouchy due to not sleeping well. So I am not chalking anything up to anything as of yet, it is still early. Trying to be hopeful, but not delusional. if that makes sense? I'll keep you posted!

White Lily reminded me that I had another one-day period before, which I was thinking about even before she mentioned it. FF gave me a trial VIP membership (they've done this before) but although i should be able to add several charts to my home page, it's still allowing me only two. anyway, I did add the cycle that ended in a one-day period. I seem to remember that really short being at least a few hours though. This one was even shorter. No spotting or anything since then. and I keep looking too! lol. Not what if anything this means, but I've had sore nipples for the past several days. No exactly normal for me, but then again, I don't pay attention to every little sign or non-sign either.

Hmm, so you are going with the one day period then? Well, at least this means the chance of a new, fresh cycle for you. Are you going to go with the soy, etc again? Have you given any more thought to seeing a different RE or anything like that? I know you also mentioned adoption before, is that still an option for you? I've been thinking of you lots lately!

So we will see if the offer on our house closes tonight. We have everything done [and more!] so please keep your fingers crossed for us.

Yeah, so I went with the one-day period and started a new cycle. I'll take some soy tonight, so CD4-8, I guess.
Haven't really considered a new dr. since it means a travel of 1-1/2hr to 2hrs one way for the closest one. Not sure what direction to take anymore so I keep treading water but the problem is, I can't swim and I keep sinking! Lol. Keep waiting for a sign what ot do but I'm not getting one......
