Maybe we could make a list of health and fitness related websites?
My favorites:
www.sparkpeople.com - the most awesome diet/fitness site I've found. Forums, support groups, nutrition calculator/meal planner/journal (with a HUGE database of items - I've almost never found something that didn't have info unless it was really sort of off-the-wall) plus health articles and myspace-type pages to track progress
Oh yeah, and it's completely utterly free. Maybe if anyone's interested we could start our own team!
www.babyfit.com - the sister site to Sparkpeople, for parents and parents-to-be!
(let me know if this is considered spam - I sound like a friggin rep for the website but I really do love it!)

hehe, myste already told me about the sparkpeople website, and ive signed up already!! it really is a cool site, i dont know that ill get as into it as some of the other memeber, since i have my diary here, i dont really use the blog over there much! but its still a very motivating site!!!
