Any ideas of snacks that are healthy, and I can take into work to stop me eating the cookies?

Toffee, I usually bring healthy snacks to work that contain fiber and lean protein, both will keep you full longer. I might have dried fruit (or fresh if you prefer, but dried is really easy to bring along and store and have on hand) and almonds; or might have raw veggies (carrot sticks, celery, peppers, cucumber etc.) and a low fat string cheese or another type of low fat cheese; I might have low fat yogurt and stir high fiber granola into it (like grape nuts, etc.), or I might have apple slices dipped in/ or spread with peanut butter.

I hope that helps - If I can come up with other ones I will let you know.

For the UKers you'll remember the pop band Steps? Well you may have seen the main singer in the media, she was a UK size 20!! She has lost 5 stone. I've just got her DVD on ebay, it looks good! Can't believe how much weight she's lost.

Ha ha, I remember Toffee, many moons ago, dancing away at cheesy discos and nightclubs. I remember her looking big but never fat. She seems to be one of those people that carry it off really well. I will look out for the DVD though.

I've not weighed myself yet. Won't until after af has arrived, cause right now I'm bloated and my boobs are bigger!

I usually eat 2-3 cookies per shift (5 shifts per week) and I've had one this week. They are 222 calories each, so it's hopefully gonna make a huge difference!

Lou Lou -- Yay on getting your boobies back! How are your cravings now?

I have been pretty good this week. Worked out 5 out of 7 days. Did cardio and weights and abs every time. I also have been good about what I eat. Haven't stepped on the scale, so we will see tomorrow...

How is everybody else doing? Confused

I've done awfully with eating!!

Monday's a new day and a new week hehe. Will definitely be working out every other day from now on! I need to pull my socks up hehe. I'm on my period, so that's what I'm blaming the bad diet on hehehe x
