Ooh, how exciting. I know how you feel about the maternity pay. If I wait until March, I will get contractual maternity pay instead of just statutory but I'm so broody I just can't wait that long, even though it's only weeks away. It's funny how irrational hormones can make us.

Well that would be the same for me, I need to be back at work for at least 12 months before going on maternity leave and getting money (full rights) obviously 9 months of that would be taken up by the actual pregnancy.
