I decided it's about time I treated myself so I have bought myself a gorgeous white glossy laptop 
It's only wheeny (10.2" screen) but it's neat and got build in WiFi hence why I am sat in bed logged in to my favourite site EVER 
I just wanted to share the GOOD news!!!!!!! (and show off a little LOL!!)

Great minds think alike. My DH wants to get me a little netbook but we haven't actually made the splurge yet. New toys can be so much fun.

MommaBear, sometimes it's not a huge splurge! I just got a Toshiba laptop at BestBuy for only $350! That was a deal in my book -- BIG screen, CD/DVD drive, Windows 7 Home edition (not starter ed.), wireless card. I remember when I paid $1400 for my first laptop.....ugh!

That's a VERY good deal Beth.....my notebook cost £275 which I believe works out a lot more than your laptop plus mine hasn't got a CD drive it's got a webcam though and a SD card slot

I have a SD slot too! Sooo cool because one of the reasons I wanted it was so that I could download pics off my camera card while we were travelling. I had a memory card reader hooked up to my old computer but now both new desktop and new laptop have it built in. Ahhhh, technology!
