My scan is today (09/03) GENDER REVEALED!!!

Ok so my scan is this afternoon and of course I am VERY anxious to know that everything is alright I have been thinking positively but obviously now the dates here it is hard not to worry! But I would love it if you would all make a guess to what sex my baby is that's what I have been concentrating on more to keep my mind off of things as such.

So here are my latest bump pictures from my holiday so sorry they are so BIG no time to resize right now.

Symptoms with baby#1

Felt a little sick from around 6/7 wks until 12 wks only in the mornings
craved sparkling water and chips
hardly put on any weight other than on my bump (until the latter stages)
Bleeding at 5 wks and 6 wks
Old wives tales said BOY and GIRL
Mystical reading said BOY
Chinese calendar said BOY and occasionally GIRL

Symptoms with baby#2

Felt VERY sick everyday allday from about 5 wks until 14/15 wks occasional days would throw up from 15 wks until 18 wks.
Craved/craving sweets, fruit and orange juice
gained a bit of weight around my waist
Pink spotting twice so far can't recall when though??
spots on chin, shoulders and back
Old wives tales say GIRL
Mystical reading says GIRL
Chinese calendar says GIRL

ooooh how exciting

Ok so I am back from the scan and most importantly EVERYTHING is fine it's such a relief I cannot tell you, the scan was really intense but I was very lucky to get a brilliant sonographer who explained everything in such great detail, no soft markers at all. Baby is measuring bang on 21 weeks so looks like my EDD of the 14th Jan is spot on! We are thrilled!!

Baby#2 is a GIRL we are so excited, thrilled and elated! our failed sway attempt actually worked in our favour LOL!!!! I cannot wait to start shopping for PINK!!!!!

Congratulations hon, buying pink is so fun and now you have one of each!!!! Yay for your beautiful little girl!!!

i think its around the 14th April. i have actually bought some boys clothes too lol, however my SIL is having a boy in January and i will find out in Dec so if i am having another girl, i will give the clothes to her. I will be happy either way, but cant wait to find out hehe

Holi - I have missed you chick! Such FANTASTIC news isn't it! I am still in shock bloody crappy blood results...so glad that I went with my gut instint and never went for the amniocentesis how bad would that have been to have lost a perfectly healthy baby! Devasting!

Just a note to ALL, I am keeping the gender a secret on Facebook until I have told a few more family members don't want them thinking they were the last to know!!
