Re: Not sure ...
I suppose it is possible, I was feeling flutters from around 14 weeks but at 16 weeks I was 100% sure that it was Theo moving, I was led on my side on the sofa and it was that fluttering feeling but obvious and it lasted for about 5 seconds and then again about 10 minutes later for seconds or thereabouts, I cried!!!!
Re: Not sure ...
Helen, they say with a second pregnancy, you know what flutters feel like, so you notice them much earlier. It is definitely possible, hun! How exciting!

Re: Not sure ...
This is technically my third pregnancy, our first baby fell asleep at a week old, hence all the induction with Ryan and this one.
But I'm really not sure how early it would be each time ???

Re: Not sure ...
helen, i too have heard that it gets much easier to feel the baby moving in second or third (or more!!) pregnancies. i myslef first felt kaydance moving around when i was 14-15 weeks!!!! it was crazy, but i knew it was her. she was a VERY active baby in the womb lol. all evening long once i got further along you could watch my belly jump and dance around lol.
Re: Not sure ...
OMG, Helen, I had no idea that you had lost a baby. I am so sorry. That must have been so hard hun.

Re: Not sure ...
It was at the time, I had a normal labour he just came out un-responsive and was for a week But he was our blessing for Ryan, Without what happened we wouldn't have Ryan.

Re: Not sure ...
Babe, if you don't mind me asking...they induced Ryan right?? and they will induce 'George' is this bcos there is a HIGH risk you would loss another baby by allowing labour to happen naturally? don't answer if it makes you uncomfortable, I won't be offended! x
Re: Not sure ...
No worries hun, Yeah I was induced with Ryan at 38 weeks. This one I am to have an appoinment at 38 weeks to see if an induction would work but I am not going past 39 weeks, I was also thinking last night I may just be induced at 39 weeks whatever and not bother with the check because I am petrified of it maybe starting me off naturally, I seem to labour quick so if I was to go naturally wouldn't make it to the hospital as Ryans labour was an hour. I had my waters broke when I was 3 cm at 4pm and then an hour later he was born. So I am scared of waters going at home.
I don't think they are worried about me losing again as there was no explanation for it first time, so he said as there no explantion it is very, very unlikely it would happen again, if they had found a reason for it happening then I could and they would have to intervene.
But I have a low risk pregnancy and a high risk labour according to my midwife, even tho it may not happen again but induction relieves the worry and stress for us at the end.
