NZ would be easy to get in to the top 20 as there isnt many people who can sing here and also there would only be a couple of thousand all up who would audition!
I am watching season 8 here at the mo, it started this week and i wonder how half of them got through to audition in the first place!!!
Tiff, i tell you what, you have a magical voice and just to guarantee you get through to the next round (even though we know you will have no trouble and kick ass) Just turn up to the audition in a bikini! You will get simon and randy's vote without even singin! lol, sorry. I just thought that part of the show was very funny!!!! at least ya get the attention, 10 points to her for clever thinkin!

Thank you ANMSMITH. That is super sweet of you to say. I sing to LM all the time, she loves it. The only way I can get her to calm down is with one song in particular, which she already recognizes, "Somewhere over the Rainbow."

You are super sweet Mumofjj. I don't think a bikini would work in my favor. Too many stretch marks and a dimply butt! LOL. I was super mad that they put that girl through, she wasn't a terrible singer, but she wasn't good enough for sure. Primitive boys!!!!

LMAO Tiff, I agree, her voice wasnt that great! There were better voices that never made it, but she basically had a yes from the guys before she opened her mouth!!!

I will be taking my guitar with me. However.... you are not allowed instruments in the initial auditions.

I think they let you start using instruments if you make it to Hollywood week.

I did this for Bryce, it's his 6th birthday today. I almost broke down singing it. You'll see that in the video when I stop and forget what I'm doing for a sec Smile/happy

And here's sweet song that I love. It's called "I Wish You Love". It's about letting someone you love go, even though you wish you could stay with them, because you love them that much and know that things aren't right in the long run.
