Wesley Dale Capps was born at 2am on June 7, 2009. 8lbs 4 oz, 20 inches. He's in great health and so far breastfeeding has been a breeze.

I'm not sure if it was the homeopathic herbs the midwife told me to take or the acupuncture I had on Friday, but my waters broke early Sat morning while I was asleep. I didn't have any contractions until after 5pm, and very small ones then, so they augmented me with a low dose pitocin drip. Real labor didn't start until nearly 11pm, and went FAST. I ended up pushing for about 18 minutes total.

I'll type up the whole birth story later when I can type better.
