just so you know...

I am WAY behind on what's been going on with all of you but I have been thinking of you and hoping everyone is doing well!! I just got back from holiday on the weekend and have been still trying to catch up on sleep, laundry, groceries, work, etc. I will get caught up with you all but I have hardly had a chance to see any posts and I am going to bed now as it's getting late, but I wanted to stop by and say hello.

The trip was great, my shower was awesome and the wedding went so well. DH and I saw so much beauty in the maritimes and ate tons of great seafood, but all the travelling and heat was harder for me than usual, though emotionally I am relaxed which is nice!

Big news is that tomorrow is the gender scan!!! I have been feeling it could be a boy for awhile now but I am not confident enough to say anything to most people. I could be totally wrong. We'll see soon. DH is SO excited to find out, he's being really cute. I updated the bump thread in case you want to guess.

I promise I'll catch up when I can, normally I can be sneaky & pop on during the day at work but I'm not sure that will happen for awhile as there's loads to catch up on. But I think of you & miss you all and can't wait to hear all the news I missed!!!

Sapphire honey it is so good to have you back! So pleased you had a great time by the looks of your pictures the choice of clothing worked well with the bumpage! I was getting worried that I would be going on holiday when you were coming back and then I wouldn't have spoken to you until September!

I have made a guess on what gender I 'think' you are having but how good is your own instint usually?? I felt Theo was a boy and I got it right (obviously!! ) but I had such an obvious BOY bump!!!

I am not going to spoil the news for you but hopefully someone will log in soon and update you on their news hopefully catch up with you properly before I go away! x x x

Thanks girls, it's great to be back. Georgi, I am glad too that we can catch up before you leave! September would have been much too long. Yes, the clothes worked well - I just brough loads of mat clothes that I knew had some room, so I was good. And I remember what you said about the underwear - there are definitely some I can't wear anymore!! I am curious what news you are referring to though??? I've seen a couple bfp announcements so I don't know if I know what you're talking about or if there's more exciting news?!

I updated in the pregnancy section about the scan today. My intuition is normally fairly good, but definitely not perfect either, which is why I never felt totally confident in my guess. It's funny, with my first pregnancy I was totally, completely convinced it was a girl well before the miscarriage, but with this one, I never had that certainty, just a gut feeling. I'll be able to tell you whether or not I was right soon enough!

I'm not sure if you already know or not but apart from Mandy, Emma and Mixxer someone else got a (again) very recently!!!

IT IS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay
i am 5 weeks or 5 1/2 weeks pregnant yay!!!!!! so excited although i am scared too been having some weird pains in my outer thighs??? so anyway got some blood tests done yesterday and waiting for my results today

Umm NO I certainly didn't know about that!!! CONGRATULATIONS sparkles, that is absolutely wonderful news!! I even looked at your ticker the other day in another thread and thought you weren't even around testing time so I had no idea!!
