lol, i havent even looked at the scale for about two weeks, since im quite overweight, and i weighed myself on a whim this afternoon, and i lost 5 lbs!!! and thats with AF in town!!!!! woooo hoooo! good motivation to try and get rid of some more. i think i need to loose about 60 lbs to be in my target weight for my height (yeah right, like thats ever gonna happen LOL).

and now im thinking of quitting smoking, so i will prolly just get fatter! lol.

thanks guys!! your all so sweet! hehe, i was still slightly embarassed to say my weight at the hospital last night, but at least they didnt lecture me on smoking or being "obese" as they like to say (i dont think im THAT fat!). i guess they skip the lectures when you are really sick LOL.
