Her opp was a success,she is really sore and tired.She asked me just to let you know she's ok and will most likely be back on here tommorow.Maybe the day after depending on how she's feeling!

hey everyone! thanks so much! i was feelin a bit crappy yesterday lol, so just had angel post for me. feelin a bit better this morning, but i will still prolly not post a whole lot! im sure ill be back on ALL the time in no time though LOL.

LOL i wish i could, but because i have no gallbladder anymore for the first month im only allowed to eat 20grams of fat max in a day!!! otherwise it will wreak havoc on my body :(

Now that you don't have a gallbladder, do you have to take tablets everyday which kinda act as the gallbladder??

No you dont,my mum had hers out years ago,she is normal,except sometimes if she eats very rich food it gives her heart burn or makes her sick,But it's not anything that she really pays attention to1

yeah they told me that after the low fat diet for a month my body should adjust to be able to handle a normal diet again, but im going to take this opportunity to try and eat healthier to loose some weight since im a good bit over weight lol.

ok, well i figured now that im online a bit more often and can chat more (lol im outta work till a week from monday so im sure ill be online ALL the time next week driving you all crazy 
) i could give yall an update!!
im feeling much better tonight. i mean im still super sore, but thats to be expected, right? lol i mean its been 2 days! but still, i cant get over how much i can move around considering its only been two days! its great! the only thing that SUCKS is i cannot pick kaydance up for one week, or i risk giving myself a hernia. its so sad when she crawls up to me with her arms up wanting me to get her and i cant!! :cry: it really makes my heart ache! lol, i know, i know, its only a week! we will live. but still! my poor boo!! hehe. on a better note, DF has turned into super dad! hes been so awesome, doing anything for me, and taking complete care of her!!! its nice not having to change diapers lol!!!
now, on another note, im hoping this surgery can be like turning a new leaf for me. im a good bit overweight and now that ive had the surgery i need to severely limit my fat intake for 1 month to let my body readjust to not having a gallbladder anymore. well, im hoping i can just keep this wonderful diet up after the month and keep on loosing the weight. i feel like this was the best motivation i could have gotten! i feel great about this and cant wait until i feel up to moving around more so i can get more exercise!!! im hoping i dont fizzle out on this plan like all my past dieting ventures lol, you ladies must keep me motivated!!!! (lol, like its your responsibility!!! haha)

thanks angel!! oh and by the way, its gonna take me loosing a lot of weight and looking awesome before youll see a picture of my fat body now LOL!!!! naw, i know you ladies will be nice about it, but i feel like a cow when i see a picture of myslef. like i can cope with looking in the mirror for some reason, and living like this every day, but when ever i see a picture im like holy shit im that fat cow in the picture???!?!? i dont know why it hits home in pictures and not in real life. lol, ok now im rambling!

I found the right thread. I'm glad you're feeling better, and are in good spirits, Nika. My mom had her gallbladder removed many years ago. She eats normal, but healthier than years ago. Good luck losing the weight you want. And again, glad to have you back!
