hungry!!! lol, but my diet is going so well!!! hehehe. that and i havent gotten lunch yet, which is probably why my tummy is mad at me and grumbling away lol! normally a late lunch wouldnt bother me, but thats prolly cause i was eating to much all day long, lol!!!! i guess now my body is wondering where it all went.

Hey since you're on a diet, maybe you should make a food diary thread on here and other people can participate as well if they want. It'll help hold you accountable, as we will all be able to see what you're eating! And we can help give you ideas for healthier foods too if you need that. Just an idea...

i actually have thought of that lol!!!! me and angel are in the works of getting somthing put together 
at least i hope we are, lol if she doesnt get back to me again, ill prolly just start a thread, but i wanted to get with her first and see where i should put it (im assuming here is good) and if i can get one of those cool little stickies like leeamans IUI diary!!!
hehe, plus i think it would be super helpful for yall to be able to give me healthy substitutions and stuff too, cause im eating low calories and fat intake, and trying to have fruit and veggie everyday, but im sure its still not the healthies diet out there.

well, im keeping an eye on calories, not really being strict about them, mainly im severly limiting my fat intake because thats what the Dr. told me i had to do for one month after my surgery, so ive been making sure i only consume 20-25 grams of fat a day (lol, its WAY harder than it sounds) MAX 30. after the month is over and i no longer HAVE to be on a diet, i might change it up a bit, raising my fat intake a tiny bit and being more aware of my calories (but believe me, limiting my fat like this has actually lowered my calorie intake greatly!!!!)
anyways, im in the works now with georgi of making a diet diary and when she gets it up and running for my i will have the initial post stating all of my goals and motivations, and exactly what im trying to do lol.

lol, not to me, DF might get mad that im hogging the computer, but hell, its my work laptop, hes just to lazy to get up and use the desktop in the other room, and then he cant see the TV in the other room LOL!!!!!!

she goes to bed at 6 pm and i go to bed at 10 pm!!! hahahaha! i have lots of free time at night (that i should spend cleaning but sit on the computer instead lol)
hehe, when ive got her im typically playing with her, except right now shes sitting right next to me in her exersaucer and we are having a very interesting conversation

hehe yeah, i wouldnt sit on the computer all night if she were up!!! he he, sometimes i wish she would stay up later so i could spend more time with her, but if i keep her up she just gets all crabby and pissed off lol!
