I know it sound's odd but bear with me and I'll explain. Every so often I get this very strong urge to deep clean the house, I move the furniture around in most rooms and get it all in ship shape, I can't help but notice that it seems to happen right around the time I am gearing up to ovulate, maybe it is just a coincidence but I can't help but think there is something in it. As we know when a woman is ready to give birth she can get a very overpowering urge to start cleaning the house from top to bottom, I know this "nesting instint" as it's called doesn't necessarily mean you are about to give birth but it usually happens with-in a matter of a few days before the birth. (I was mowing our overgrown 2ft lawn at 38+ wks - geez that was hard BUT I had to do it!!).

I am going to make a note on FF that today I have had the cleaning bug (I've moved the lounge around and Theo's bedroom) I am also experiencing tons of cramps and twinges and EWCM so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me ovulate early for once!! Smile/happy

i have never thought of that georgi, but it makes sense!!! are your cycles still crazy?? i think mine are. my luteal phase is super short! it went from 13 to 9 days since thane.god he is scratching my boob off as we speak ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! anyway my last cycle was 32 days and before that they like 40 days and one was 26 days! so my cycles are wayyy wacky...not that it matters Cry

i hope your cycle gets straightened out!! xxxxx

you know, i nested like CRAZY the day i went into labor LOL! and i think i have had this happen to me around O before, but i hope its not a iron clad theory, cause then i DEFIANTELY didnt O this cycle yet LMAO! you should see my house Ashamed

Ha ha!!!! It doesn't happen to me every cycle I have just noticed it on more than one cycle now Wink

Ginny - your cycles probably won't return to normal until you completely stop breastfeeding, it's normal to have wacky cycles whilst BFing. I am hoping that my cycle length improves before we start TTC again but hey worse things can happen!

hehehehe. My OCD gets worse around O, not as much now, but when I was at my worst. Ovulation just made it sooo much worse, I'd be a completely different girl after O.
