lol, i wanted to ask a question, but i didnt want to threadjack from gutter, so i started a new one 
if you wake up with a sore throat/cold can it cause an out of place temp spike? cause my temp this morning surprised me!

Yes it can, when I get a cold I don't bother charting because I know my temps will be sky high.

lol ok thats cool, i think the cold is more of a 24 hour thing, i dont really feel that bad, but i just wanted to ask after i saw my temp this morning (after last month i vowed not to miss any temps this time lol!).

well hmmm lol, i just looked at my last chart, and it basically did the same thing, just not as extreme! hehe. you all have to forgive me, im still learning about my charts

Thats okay hun, my temps can be pretty eratic the week after AF, they normally stabalise before I O though.

I remember one morning my temp jumped hugely, like from 36.10 to 36.9. I then got up and I really bad pains in my side, weird, the temp was high even before i felt the pain!
And yeah, my temps are never the same after AF, but they do settle when gearing towards O.
