No-where else feels right........

I will admit that I do flick across into the other forums I have been members of just to check on how it is going for friends but no-where feels right anymore...here it feels like home and I feel completely lost in the other forums like I don't belong there!!!

I totally feel the same way, Georgi! I go back to a certain other forum and I totally don't feel that I belong there anymore. I contemplated leaving that forum, but stayed because I would have really missed so many ladies, and now almost everyone important to me is on this forum now, so I am thinking I won't even being visiting a certain forum anymore

I have been feeling the same way! I feel like I can be myself here and my questions and responses are taken seriously and with respect.

i really like this forum too! i still frequent another forum, but mainly just to check posts. with this one i sit on it all night lol! i have no life, so i stalk the chatbox waiting for unsuspecting users to ease my bordom

I am the same, i no longer post in a certain forum and havnt done since becoming a member. and like its said above, the most important people i know from the 'other side" are all here so its like one big happy family! And to be honest i hope it stays this way, I prefer a positive place not a negative one and its good as it doesnt feel like anyone judges you here, its all supporting no matter what the post is, we are all there for each other!
so thanks ladies, we are from all over the world but this site brings us all to the same place! And im sure we will all make some awesome friendships on here, i already know i have!

Helen I can see that you love this site you have nearly 100 posts already lol, I suppose with this site as it is early days it is easy to get around and see who has posted where quick enough that you can respond in time, I hope that it remains this way as it is much more personal than other sites!

Helen - I have thought of a fun game to play that 'we' have both seen else where the one where someone is chosen for that week and we all bombard them with questions about them and ask them for pictures etc....I do think it's a great game to get to know people quickly and it's fun! What do you think??

Do you know what I COMPLETELY agree!! the other site tends to me like you post and then wait for everyone to come in and post a reply, here it is like we are having a conversation...does that make sense??

This game...........basically people say whether they wanna play or not and then a name is picked at random each week, during the week that member is the 'one' we all can ask her/him questions about anything, like what is your favourite colour, show us a picture of your house etc...........

I do love this site, although we do need some more ttc'ers!!!! I like the fact that it's so new at the moment and easy to keep up with all the posts. I know some of you from another site but probably havn't spoken to alot of you since you were ttc and of course you all have your lovely babies now! I hope to get to know you all better as the weeks go by

I must admit, I have looked at other websites but the posters on there just are not any where near as informed as the ladies here. There doesn't seem to be many that use those sites regularly, they just come on and ask the same questions over and over. This is so much better, more like a caring community.

I also think it helps that we are not shy to discuss any topic, and being open about things makes it more comfortable, also there is no judging anyone which is fantastic! its a supporting site, if iw was to turn around and say for example, oh shit i got an std but my hubby doesnt know, then i know i would have support not people telling me its your own fault etc. I do not have an STD for the record was just using it as an example!
