Hey Leanne!
You don't need a passport within the U.S. but you need a passport to fly to Canada and Mexico now from the U.S. But if you are just flying from NC to FL or IL or any other state for that matter, neither of you need a passport

No,
You're suppose to carry a birth certificate to verify her age, but most times, if the baby does not look anywhere near two years old, they don't give you a hard time. I don't know if you have some type of official document stating her birthdate on it from another country(I'm assuming you live in another country. ). Other than that, baby's requirement is taken care of.

Yes, just bring the birth certificate for a flight within the US. If you ever want to fly out of the US you will need a passport for your little girl. I am German, but live in the US and we fly twice a year overseas, so we had a passport made for Kian when he was 6 months old (a U.S. one cause it was easier, but he will also have a German passport - so much easier traveling to Europe with a German passport, lol). Then, when he is 18 he will get to decide what passport he wants to keep. Are you planning on getting a British one for your little girl?

Re: passport qestion about babies
i dont think i will be getting a British pass port for her as i don't have much family there just mum and sister and my mum is moving to France lol. So no need for her to go there i cant afford to take my self never mind a baby too hehe. But also one more question Will it be safe for me to fly with her being 3 months? i have seen alot of people take babies on planes but don't know the age range for it.
Re: passport qestion about babies
Leanne -- 3 months is fine to fly with! She will do great! I think they said 6 weeks to fly internationally or with doctor's approval before that. How long will the flight be?
