I have an apt on Wed at 9:45, a nice 1.5 hour ride! Hope that nasty cyst is gone and we can start this month!

I don't know if the office is closed today... I don't think it is, I just think he is out of the office today. So until tomorrow. And you're right, I guess it isn't over til the witch shows, but I am sure my temp will drop tomorrow. *sigh*

Lindzee, out of curiousity, how does this chart compare to the m/c one? Keep in mind though, that Clomid can cause higher temps overall. I was just wondering if you can temps that bounced around a bit, or not. Keep us posted on what the dr. says. If you get a chance, ask him about those high progesterone levels?

It's just an excuse I know, but it sure would be easier to try to get an appointment at an out-of-town RE if I wasn't working full-time and having to take an entire day off for it.

Lindzee, did I mention or was thinking about not charting? Your comment just hit me! I did take my temp on Sunday but forgot to record it. Figured it really doesn't matter anyway.

You can see my miscarriage chart on my FF homepage if you want to compare. My temp today is the same as the m/c cycle. But I know clomid can lengthen my cycle, so I am not really making much of it. Look at it and tell me what you think. I will definitely keep you posted on what the OB says and I will ask about the high progesterone #s to see if that is a concern or not. Stay posted for my temp tomorrow - I bet it will go down but you never know I guess.

I think you should try the RE again - why not?? It can't hurt. I think you could use a second opinion!

Nope, I'm gonna chart this cycle, lol. Not quite ready to give that up yet. By the time I hit my next birthday, I might have a different answer though. I'm due for an annual exam and last year my nurse practioner had mentioned seeing a different RE but i can't recall if she offered to help.

I guess the m/c cycle your temp was pretty stable. Guess we'll have to wait it out. *sigh*

OMG, I had the worse night sleep ever. I had two fillings done at the dentist on Monday and of course, had novacaine. My husband says that's in the same family as cocaine (makes sense) and maybe that's why i couldn't sleep. The fillings are fine but sleep SUCKED! My temp was quite a bit higher today, I guessing as a result although outside factors don't seem to usually affect it. I'll throw it out later if I need to.

Well, my temp tells the story this morning. to be later today or tomorrow perhaps. Sigh. I'll post later on today what my OB wanted. I am going to call him later this morning.

Update from call from OB: NOTHING. He was calling to tell my progesterone levels! Good grief. And he said they are fine and they are not too high. So I will quit worrying about that.

I picked up the clomid today. Maybe the third time's a charm??

Wow! Interesting about the novocaine! I never even knew it had any effect on your heart until last time I went to have dental work while I was pregnant and they had to explain the difference between the two meds they used.

lol, Lindzee! Glad it was not any thing to worry about though! What days will you be taking your clomid on? what mg?

My apt went well today, going to take femara 5-9 trying to work on getting the cost of it down at the moment! ( it's 249.00!!! ) Crazy!! ) I should start them tomorrow!

Ash, i don't recall Femara being *that* expensive, but actually my insurance covered it for one month, I'm guessing because it's also a cancer drug. If you go to there website, they did have a deal where you could get it for free. Again, probably for cancer treatment but it never actually spelled it out. I think it's just femara.com.

I still wonder why my body seemed to hate Clomid and Femara so much. I actually did much worse (ovulation) most months on them than on my own.

Thanks Beth! lol I was actually using that voucher at the time! It is an awesome deal and it DID work! I just didn't want to get my hopes up. I used Femara a while back and I didn't remember it costing as much at the time either, maybe it went up? I called EVERYWHERE! Walmart had the cheapest at $240! The Voucher covered it and saved me $255.00 I am with out insurance at the moment and will be for about a year at least since we where approved for a new plan through BCBS and once we dropped our plan because we where approved they decided they couldn't insure me because of my insulin resistance and PCOS ( Their words! ) So now because of "pre-existing" I can not find an insurance company to insure me.....

You know I have read it SO many times where if women are already ovulating it can really mess up ovulation? I wonder what the cause is for that? Clomid never worked for me.... well I take that back it did but I had to take it for 7-10 days not just the 5 ( I may ask about this is this cycle doesn't work ) What mg did they have you on with Femara?

All done the clomid this cycle, now just wait to see when I O.

Yeah, I really wasn't too pleased (and somewhat surprised) to see those crosshairs today. Obviously I wasn't planning for CD11. Blah.

Beth, I will hope that FF changes your O date to CD 14 if your temps stay up higher than 98. That is my thinking!

Yes, hoping for good timing for me. Timing doesn't seem to be the problem. LEt's hope sperm meets egg! I went and had blood work done yesterday for my referral to the Fertility Clinic so it looks like things are well on their way. DH has to get blood work done also and then I have to go back on CD 3 to get my prolactin checked. Unless maybe there won't be a CD 3??

I am on CD 11 at the moment and on 7.5 mg Femara (the Cyst was gone at the last apt! ) I go on .... Fri @ 8:30 AM to have an u/s and later that day to spend the night with ... HOLI!!!!! So hopefully she is my lucky charm! Ok... sounds wrong when I am talking about ! But... I hope to see some follie growth anyway!

I was playing with my chart and input temps for Thurs/Fri that are simliar to today's and my O-date did move to CD14. I think it's entirely possible that it moves.
