I love The Wizard of Oz because my mom put it on for me at a very young age, and I feel it is one of the reasons I can sing well today
I also love Gone With the Wind, simply because of Clark Gable.

I also love Pretty Woman and Steel Magnolias. I've seen all three of these dozens of times!

Re: What's you favorite Film and why?
I have a few favorite movies.....
Anna and the King -- the more times I see it the more I pick up subtle little nuances in it, and little bits of forshading about what is going to happen and the political intrigue. It is a tad too gruesome in spots, but other than that......
Shining Thru -- I know, go ahead say it -- 'Melanie Griffith WTF!' but it is an awesome movie. It is another one that as you watch it over and over you start seeing more and more little bits of foreshadowing and whatnot, and hints about what is really going on.
Meet Me in St Louis -- I just love that movie. Judy Garland at her peak. My favorite scene is when her grandpa waltzes her behind the Christmas tree and she comes back out dancing with John after he stood her up for the Christmas ball.
Hunt for Red October -- don't ask me why, I don't know. I have watched it like 8 billion times though.
