Ok.... so Owen is 3 months old now and I don't have any more excuses for my weight or the way my body looks!
I still have about 10 pounds to lose before I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight and then I need to lose the 10 I gained when I went off the pill!!!!
My body is soooo different! My but is huge! My boobs are huge and I still have this weird little pudgy thing on my stomach.
I started working out with a trainer on Monday and ladies..... let me just say.....
SHE KICKED MY A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, we did legs Monday night and I'm STILL sore. We did arms Tuesday night and I can barely lift Owen today (he's only 10lbs!)
This woman was SERIOUS!!! It felt like a boot camp!!! I know that's probably what I need but I'm dreading next week!!!!!
I know if I can stick with it I'll be so happy but it's always hard in the beginning!

AWW,yeah,go for it loulou,

It s only hard for the first 3 weeks,then you will find it gets easier!keep it up n you wont regret the results.I am working on going horse riding soon,allong with a salsa/belly dancing dvd n a hoolahoop.Iam also about 15lbs from my prepreg weight.

I have 15 more to go before I am at the higher end of what my weight rage should be. I think I was about 145 before I got pregnant, I'd like to weigh 155, then I'll be more satisfied. I don't have a scale..... but I keep trying on pants that were no longer fitting after I gave birth, an they are getting closer and closer to fitting. The spare tire around my waist, and my pooch on my lower abs is disappearing, I've been swimming again, it's nice Smile/happy

i am sooo jealous of all you ladies... i think i gained weight SINCE kaydance was born! ugh, i need to get a workout routine going like ASAP!! im so bad though, i just hate how fat im becoming...


sorry for my mini rant feeling bad for myself lol, im fine now... just fat! lol

I know I did lose my weight after having Ryan, but I know I have also gained a extra few pounds, I was weighed the other day and I was 9 and a half stone, not bad but would have been nice to have been a stone lighter !! Hoping once this one is born can lose the weight I want to !!!!

I'm gutted, I lost so much weight after having Molly due to breast feeding and then put it all back on. I got so depressed and binge ate for a while but I have just joined a gym to sort myself out. I have yet to go to the gym but I will become more motivated once I start. I'm also going to see my Doctor about going on some metformin.

I meet with the trainer again tonight and I honestly don't want to go!
I just know I'm going to be super sore tomorrow and it makes me hurt just thinking about it!

the workout went great. I was totally dreading it because I was so incredibly sore last week but I DO feel better afterwards.
I am already feeling sore though and I had a hard time getting out of the rocking chair tonight!!!!
Doesn't that sound pathetic?!!!

Now I just need to quit eating so much chocolate!!!!

damn, i wish i could afford to join a gym! then i would have to find the time to go. no, really, i have the time... just need the money. maybe i should research how much they cost... is it really expensive? what about if you want a trainer, how much more is that? i guess i have some research to do! id love to loose like 40 lbs before i get ready to TTC, i know i should have lost weight before kaydance, but she wasnt really expected that early lol!

I go through phases where I'm very committed to going to the gym and then I can months without going! If the price of a gym is too costly why not take Kaydence out in her stroller? Owen really enjoys that and I get a bonus of the added weight! It really pumps up my work out!
I am a member of the YMCA and it's $45 a month. They also have free childcare and tons of classes you can take and they have 2 indoor pools, one for adults and one for kids!
I've also thought about trying to find someone to stroll with two days a week and just let the gym membership go.
I know how you feel about the weight thing. I don't want to be this size when we have another baby. I would love to lose 35 pounds but right now I would be thrilled just to see the scale drop 2 or 3!!!!!
