im going to sound completely retarded im sure, but i just want to make sure im right. 8 oz is considered one glass of water right? i mean, when they say to drink 6-8 glasses of water they mean 8 oz servings?

Yes, you want to drink about 64 oz. a day. Sounds like a ton, but its not hard if you just drink a glass of water when you wake up, one glass w/each meal and each snack, and get one or two refills here and there. Smile/happy

hehe, ive been being so good today, been ditching all my sodas for water!!!! i had half a soda with lunch, and by that time i would have normally already had 2-3 Smile/happy

I really struggle drinking water at home at work I get through at least 1.5 litres I just drink like a fish. At home I tend to drink lots of coffee and it's got so bad now that I get a headache is I don't drink a coffee!!!
