What time do you go to bed ???

OMG, that would be sooo late for me. I can't function without adequate sleep, I am a real witch, he he. I aim to be in bed before 10 at the latest, 9 is ideal.

Im usually 9.30-10pm but the last few nights its been 10.30-11pm as ive been on here chatting away!!

Usually between 11 and midnight, or up to 1am on weekends

I am up usually until about 11pm but lately it has been later as I have been stuck to the PC on here!!!

lol, its so addicting, i find myself on here between jobs, like i was just walking out to hang the washing out and i thort id check in lol

I'm in bed usually between 10 and 11pm.

I usually go to bed around 10pm, which I think is early, but hey, I get up at 5:00am! These past couple of weeks (since I've been pregnant) I've been going to bed around 9ish, I just can't keep my eyes open much longer.


I know people who hardly sleep at all, and I must say, they are so productive--some of them have written books, work during the day whilst having several online businesses at home, etc, etc! And can you believe, there have been studies that say that people who sleep LESS live longer? Ugh, not for me!! I'd rather get a good night's sleep than live to be 105 or be a super productive person.

I go to sleep about half an hour after my baby does, so between 7:30 pm, and 8 pm! I know I am such a loser, but I can't nap during the day, I have tried so hard, so I need my rest, as she still gets up 2 times at night

I normally go to bed between 10 and 11 on a weekday and probably about 1am at the weekends.

Weekdays I am in bed mostly by 9:00 as hubby is up by 4:30am for work and I get up with him. Weekends all depends it is all over the place, just depends on how tired we are. One thing I can say is we always go to bed together, unless one if us is really sick or something an spend most that time in bed sleeping.

im usually in bed by 10-11 unless me and DF are really into a show or somthing lol, then i watch tv and dont realize how late it is and pay for it the next day.... when im really pooped i will go to bed at around 9:00.
