What do you want for Christmas?

It's so easy to get caught up in what we are going to get everyone else. But what do YOU actually want for Christmas?

Here's my list:
1)To see my step-son
2) New Hips, stomach, and butt
3) A cell phone upgrade, I hate my phone
4)My own digital camera
5)A pilates dvd
6)A professional massage

oooh! fun!

1. I want some gift certificates so I can shop for clothing on my own! I hate when my MIL picks things out for me!
2. A bottle of Pleasure's (perfume)
3. I lost a garnet in my opal/garnet ring this week and I would like to have it repaired and cleaned.
4. A day at the spa
5. A night alone in a hotel with my husband!!!!!!

I can't think of anything that I really want for christmas. If I could have anything in the world it would be a BFP!

I've asked for breakdown cover off my parents, and the others I would like to have a decent MP3 player so I can connect it to my car.

I'd love a digital camera (mine's almost 4 years old, only 3 mega pixels).

All I want for christmas is my very own :baby: Nothing more!!!!

Ditto you on the number one!I have said time and time again (this will be the third xmas together) that I DON"T Like people to buy me clothes (except when I was pregnant and needed maternity colthes).I have my own tastes and NO ONE can seem to get anything I really like,or in the right size,including my own mother.It's not a personalthing I just love to get my own clothes.

I also want a day at the spa,MMMmmm massages,facials,reflexology,eyebrow shape....everything.

I also would go for the night at a hotel with hubby,but it would have to be a luxuary one.

I would also like (here's me not holding back now in an ideal world)

* An entire kitchen utensils set,including new pots and pans,knives,accessories such as mixers etc...chopping boards
* A gift voucher for Barnes and noble for at LEAST $100 ( I LOVE books)
* A new bed set made of COTTON not itchy fabric,in the UK you have what we call 'duvet covers' whihc come in ALL colours and styles and cover the duver /comforter they are removable,cotton and comfortobale anddo not require a top sheet.One thing that has always baffled my about the states is,they have these ithcy decorative coforters/duvets,they come in one style and it's more often that not made of itchy nylon stuff and you CANT remove it it IS your cover,so you have to have a 'top sheet' (a sheet between you and the cover/duvet) in order to not itch to death or die of heat rash.I miss just having the duvet COVERS made from cotton that you can remove and wash and not have to shield yourself from **rolls eyes**
*A new really cool bed for Teo and some bedroom furniture.
* A holiday in st Thomas (caribbean)
* a $500 gift card for a clothing store store,I NEED some clothes that a) fit me when I have lost 10 more lbs and I have like 3 pairs of shoes TOTAL,NO girls should have that little amount of shoes.
* a $500 gift card for bed bath and beyond (it's a home store) it's got SO many cool things.
* A Barbeque,I would cook on it winter and summer through out,I want a nice big snazzy gas one though.
* My visa/name change to get done. quickly and inexpensively!
* A new car/another hybrid (we have one monster gas guzzling old smelly car)
* A house of our own in Asheville,log cabbin kind of style made from brick and SOLID substance .All the houses here are made of plastic and matchsticks!LOL
* A consultation with an architect and an interior designer for our 'new' dream home that we will design together >( yeah I know I am going really overboard for my xmas list LOL

Ok I will stop being greedy now,I know I wouldnt be lucky to get even one of these....anyway,just havin some fun..

Mel and Amanda...I second what Nika said,I trully wish you guys your 's for xmas or sooner.God knows you have waited long enough!

Finish out my DVD collection of Quantum Leap and Northern Exposure
Remodel every room in my house
Fancy GPS for our truck
Pieces for our Dept. 56 Dickens Village Christmas village (hubby always buys me one though)

What I'm really going to ask for:
for my mom to make some curtains for my bathroom
3 sets of new towels for the bathroom
rug(s) for the bathroom
new rugs for my hallway
new comforter for our bed ....if it's not too expensive
Best Buy gift cards to pay for that GPS
Best Buy gift cards to buy DVDs
Kohl's/JCPenny gift cards to pay for towels and comforters and rugs
Photo paper or Office Max gift cards to pay for it (or ink cartridges)
Yankee Candle tarts (or what the heck, a gift card!)
garden flags -- I have a pretty good size collection but love changing them almost weekly!

Ultimately...to win the lottery. There-on in everything else would fall into place.

Realistically....

A couple of good books
Chocolate
Nice bath stuff/cosmetics
A good night's sleep

A bat house.


Yep, I want a bat house so I can get some bats out at our other property. The mosquitos are absolutely TERRIBLE out there! A single bat can eat 600 mosquitos a day, or something like that. Hubby is all for it too. I'm not squeamish about most critters so I really want them around. Strange gift, huh?

Not telling hubby's family about it. SIL's hubby found a bat in their house and went nutso about it. Sent it off to be tested for rabies because it may have bitten their girls (although not one mark on either one of them). He'd probably freak out about it. Yeah, not telling him.....
