The moon and your Monthly Cycle Empty The moon and your Monthly Cycle

I personally think that the moon has a great affect on a woman's monthly cycle. I always ovulate on the full moon, and start my period around the new moon. It has always been this way for me.

Here are some article links: http://www.menstruation.com.au/periodpages/mooncycles.html
http://www.epigee.org/menstruation_lunar_fertility.html

I actually used the moon to get my cycles back on track after a pregnancy loss. I exposed myself to moonlight every night, by sleeping with the curtain open.

I know it sounds crazy, but it is so true Smile/happy I am ovulating today, on the full moon, and I will most certainly start my period on the new moon.

Wow, this is wierd! I remember years ago looking into this but my cycles were never anywhere near the same as the moon. Over the past few months I had noticed that my cycles are getting closer and closer to the moon but couldn't remember if you were supposed to O on the Full Moon or the New Moon. Well I just looked at the calandar on FF and saw that yesturday was a full moon and I am pretty sure that I did O yesturday!!!!! How strange is that? First time EVER!!!!! (Well since charting anyway!) Unfortunately I don't really think I stand a chance of getting pregnant this week because BF is away and the last time I BD's was Sunday  I am still going to take it as a good sign that I o'd on the full moon though!!!
