Well the past few days I have been having a lot of discomfort. My bump feels super hard for the most of the day and I have had a few (not many) pains radiating from my back round the front that last for a good minute. I have no idea if this means I am getting closer but I didn't experience this with Molly so I have no clue plus I never laboured so I have no idea what a contraction is like. I hope it means I won't be going over my dates but I don't want it to be too soon :s

That is mostly great news. Bed rest is going to be very tough. I see alot of videos in LMs next few days. And only 2 weeks til your next appointment, thats not so bad.

Well my appointment is tomorrow. May find out if its a boy or girl. The doctor may decide I don't need another sono right now since I had one not even 2 weeks ago. Plus who knows if they would be able to tell now, so I'm not giving my hopes up. We will see....

Yay Tiff, good news, i also had a LARGE bleed where they think the twin was for weeks and weeks and had to "try" to be on bed rest. Mine eventually cleared up, im sure yours will too , but please take it easy xo After the initial losing the twin heavy bleeding, i only ever spotted then after prob 14 weeks i havent spotted since so i guess my body absobed it and that was classified as a large bleed, however i guess your is different due to being the placenta

Oh LB,I am so glad things are ok.I guess you just have to try and stay with your feet up as much as possible.I have made this an art form even with a toddler and a 6 year old.You just stay on the couch and close all the doors so they stay within your sight,all dangeorous stuff out of reach and perdically feed them yogurt,fruit and labour free foods during the day,at most a sandwich.Yep I have lazy mum days down to a T.Dvd's and colouring within your sight to keep them busy between naps etc...! Big hugs and try not to do too much!

I know you are relieved that he/she is ok but I know it is stressful thinking about bedrest with a little one around!
Maybe you could make a big pallet on the floor in the living room and she will think you are doing something special!!!!

Baby was in perfect butt up position with legs wide open. And it looks like we will be having an Elle. Yes we had names picked out since before I was pregnant. So they are kind of sure but will look again at 20 weeks to be sure cause they said 16 weeks cause its the cusp. But there were two lines.I will scan the pic later.

Tiff, glad everything is okay hun and yeah, I don't know how you'll stay on bedrest, but don't OVER do anything would be a biggie! Love your little bean there

Ok so its hard to see, but your basically looking at the butt and the bottom of the thighs. If you can see the two little white lines, that is the girly parts. It looks nothing like Emys but Emys was much bigger in the picture.

HAHA, Tiff, it is a nice crotch shot isn't it. I was definately planning on having one more after this but now I'm scared to. I don't want 3 girls, that just seems scary to me. I mean 3 boys seems scary too. I am sure I will have another one if my doctor gives me the ok.

I forgot to tell you all, I had this horrible pain this morning when I went to the doctor. I recognized it from when I was pregnant with Emy and when she would go head down on my cervix, but Emy was much farther along when she was doing it. When I went into the sono I told the lady that the babys head was pressing on my cervix and giving me a pain. The lady thought I was nutso cause I'm not far enough along to really feel what position the baby is in. Well guess what, she was head down with her head pressing right on my cervix. I think the sono lady may take me and my pains a bit more seriously.

tiff same here....but i love being preggo but it takes a lot out of me and my back is so messed up now DF got the snip and if we want more we will adopt aswell
