As for me.I Think I may have finally O'd.Got my first higher temp today.So here's hoping for 2 more...

YAY Holi! My temp is being stubborn and staying low just when I need it to go high. BF left for work yesturday and wont be back untill the weekend I should have o'd by now damn it!!!!!!

you too Mel?isnt that weird,we both started around the same time and we are both late to O....how odd!anyway...I hope you get your high temp soon,hopefully day after BF gets back eh?

Yes, I think arrived for us both on the same day this month. It used to be pretty normal for me to O around this time but the last few months have been around CD14 to 16 so I was sure I would see a temp rise today but it didn't happen! Maybe the eggy will wait untill BF is home.

Ok,well I THINK it's safe to say I o'd on cd17,one more high temp and I reckon it will be all good.Althoguh I have to say ,hubby stuck his hand 'down there' sorry last night and said 'oh,you've ovulated' I said 'how did you know?' well apparently he can tell the difference between my CM and my cycles better than I can.he's amazing!LOL

LMAO Holly! My BF wouldn't have a clue, if I ever mention CM to him his face goes white and he looks horrified! lol!

Well my temp went right down this morning so I am thinking maybe a pre O dip? Don't normally get a dip but you never know! lol. BF is back today so we should get to BD later on, maybe all is not lost for this cycle!

mel, that is a bit of an odd dip for you, but I hope it means that ovulation was delayed. Go jump on that man!

Angel, your hubby can tell? My husband has NO clue about ANYTHING. He's like mel's BF and gets that same horrified look if I try to discuss something!

I have to decide by tonight but I am thinking of using that Clomid this month. Saw my dr. last night for another back adjustment (finally starting to find some relief from that, thank God!), and she asked if I had called my NP (because I said I would). Whoops! Maybe I will go ahead and make an appointment for my pap test and exam. It'll probably just end up being my first pregnancy appointment!

Sorry I haven't had much to say. Just waiting to ovulate and jump on dh tonight, he he! Not much else going on with me apart from waiting for a job interview next week and rebooking my driving test as I failed it! Think I'm having a similar cycle this month to the one when Molly was conceived, so feeling good x

LOL! I honestly do believe the new puppy is the reason for my delayed ovulation this month! Stress is not the word! LOL! Saying that I did have a highish temp this morning so think I maybe ovulated yesturday!

Emma, hope your job interview goes well. I think I read you're looking for a change to get away from the negative vibe in your department? Thinking about working with stroke patients instead? Toffee can tell you all about those stupid driving tests! I have no idea what it's like over there because here in the US it is absolutely no big deal to get your driver's license. OH! Mel, I need to check your chart, but I'm guessing you got at least one BD attempt in there?

My hip/back is feeling much better although still sore and tender, but improving a bit each day. I can walk upright now (!) and pretty much without pain. I just need to moderate my movements -- move slower, no long steps, don't lift or bend too much because it'll remind me very quickly that it still hurts. I'm scared of re-injuring it. I was resting on the bed last evening for a few minutes, and when I tried to get up, the back of my hip kinda "popped" and I think it was that joint repositioning itself again. Felt somewhat better after that.

I started Clomid last night! Kinda scared about it...I guess it's the expectations that go along with it. But my circumstances are soooo much different than before, I can't help but to be hopeful. Hubby is on board with it. I told him when I expect to ovulate (Thursday/Friday next week) and that we'll need to have sex before then. He said ok, and I reassured him he's been doing great and our timing as been very good lately. Gotta stroke that ego, you know.

Good luck with the clomid Beth! Got my fingers crossed. I got dh like I was planning but I'm scared that I will have worn him out by the time I ovulate and that he won't be up for it at the crucial time but we will soon see.

I worry about the same thing! My hubby is back to work for the summer so now he can work up to 10hrs a day with a 2hr commute. PLUS has to try to keep up with stuff here. He falls asleep as soon as he sits down in his recliner. I told him next week was crucial though. Hoping for the best. Good luck to you and your hubby!

Can someone squash my paranoia? Basically me and bf had sex as shown on my chart, the condom slipped off whilst he was pulling out. He said it came out in a penis shape mould basically. Chances are slim, right? I would be happy tbh, but it isn't the right time. I'm paranoid cause my temp took a slight dip today. Obviously it looks more dramatic if viewed in farenheit.

To be honest Toff, it is difficult to say as the dip isn't huge. I think the best you can do is wait it out. I know that's not what you want to hear but there is no way of telling right now.

Just wanted to say how surprised I am that I have been totally symptomless pre o this month, which is great and I'm sure it's down to the acu. I was also thinking about my opks and I have just realised that this months are less sensitive than the ones I used last month and I think that may explain that is why it was the only and first time I had a positive last month. The only day so far this month that I have had any line at all was on Thursday and by Friday it had gone again. I had a play around with ff a bit and if I put Thursday's opk as positive then it estimates me to ovulate day 15 which means that bd'ing was timed perfect this month. So I guess I am oficially in the ! Yay!

Thanks, yeah I know. All I can do is wait it out, but I'm always paranoid! A baby would be well loved anyway. So whatever will be, will be I guess.

Toffee, ok, so how exactly did the condom slip off? Did he pull out and none of the condom was on him or partially on him? Did any of the semen spill?

My temps seem high this month, but I Goggled it and found out Clomid can cause high temps. Also can cause seemingly triphasic charts that don't result in pregnancy. So while we all will remain very hopeful, we'll be grounded too, right? lol.

So he said he pulled out his penis and the condom was left behind, but the bottom of it was left outside of me, but in the mould of his penis. So he's convinced that the sperm can't of come out.... I don't know if I believe him about that lol.

So yeah, he pulled out and it was in me, regardless of the shape I'd say there's a chance surely? (small chance).Or would the shape make a difference (is he just talking bollocks? LOL) BUT then again he says the bottom of the condom was out of me.

As far as I could tell there was no sperm inside me, I just smelt my fingers if I could smell his sperm, Sorry I know that's too much info....but right now I can't find the words lol.

Toffee, we all know perfect circumstances dont' always work and sometimes imperfect ones do, but even saying that, I think they chance of anything happening are very slim. For one, it was 1DPO, not at all the best day. Second, it does sound likely that no semen spilled. And even if any did, remember the sperm would have an extra long way to go...and without the benefit of much seminal fluid to help propel them. I know it's tough to not to worry or be concerned. Many years ago a BF and I had a condom break and it was a rough time until showed.

Thanks Beth! If truth be told, I do want it. I know circumstances are certainly not the best, but I would be delighted and I can definitely see myself being disappointed I'm such a broody mess lol.

Toffee I would have thought your chances of getting pregnant are pretty close to zero hun. The day after ovulation is normally too late for you to conceive anyway and if the bottom of the condom was still on the outside I would imagine it's pretty unlikely that there was any sperm inside you.

I got my crosshairs today but am unconvinced that I have o'd yet, especially with todays temp being so low. Think the puppy is stressing me out that much it's delaying ovulation!
