Wow! That is awesome DM!!!! I am so proud of you! It's hard to stay motivated - especially when you have lots of little ones around!!!!
Glad to hear your family didn't even really notice the difference in the meals!!! That will certainly make it easier to keep it up!

I second that WOW..... And where do I get me some of that.....lol That sounds like a great diet.... You have done a great job hun, did you do any before/after picture? I always forget to do that but need to do it.

Don't consider this an ''after'' moment. I am just happy to have met my first goal of fitting in my clothes again. I think it will be a long time till there are after pictures.

Decided to add a new workout to my day, was getting bored with the others and I like to switch it up a bit. I am now doing Mel B Totally Fit and I am Loving it... She works ya though.... Take a peak at her site to see about it if you wish... http://www.totallyfit.com/
